Thought it not fair to put this young Red Mountain Cab up against aged Insignia and Chateau Montellena but it held its own and drew many favorable comments. The tannins are great with huge mid pallet flavor. The red fruit is so expressive and the cost reflects a true value. Too bad only available at Capitol Cellars 5th & Main Downtown Boise 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

This is an amazing Idaho wine. The State deserves attention because it is producing real deal wines. This Syrah blend can hold its own with anyone 🍷

At Capitol Cellars Release party for their 2016 Red Mountain Cabernet. Absolutely marvelous. Will do nothing but improve fo 20 years. Robust!!!!!
