had the 2011 at tre monte last night, and the jalepeno/watermelon favor was a little disappointing. opened the 2012 when i got home and it's better, but doesn't have the cold-climate/loire thing that i liked at the winery. i usually don't mind dissolved CO2, but here it is distracting.
