Dec 9th, 2017Smoke and olives with a bit of elderberry on the nose. Flavor is rich, very full and pretty dry. Berries and cherries. A tad muddy, but tastes pretty good. Finishes with mocha and raspberry dark chocolate. A cab franc without the bite. Sorta a CA version of it.
