I'll be the first to say that ciders are way too sticky. this one is nothing like that. the nose is no question cactus flower and it is very clean. great summer option!

Jun 21st, 2017I'm not sure the world of fine beverages is ready for this but this is one of the most interesting culinary creations I have come across this year. This is absolutely a 'have this with food' drink. So refreshing. Such good value and culinary creativity on display.

Very super dry but unique and interesting flavor. Totally not for me, only tried it because it was a free sample. Label claims "super dry" so I never would've purchased. Glad I got a few sips. They could try experimenting with yeasts, possibly, and get a more pleasant palate.
