Unique and outstanding wine deep into the off-the-beaten path wine list at a restaurant. This is an excellent first experience tasting a Greek red wine. #xinamavro - pours richer and darker than a Pinot but still a medium bodied wine. Lovely perfume that wafted across our table very soon after opening - some cherry, mushroom and spice on the nose, lighter acidity, more off-dry nature with forest floor trailing off with tongue-hugging tannins. Nice food friendly wine with formidable QPR. — 6 years ago
