I am becoming an Aussie Cab snob. I know everyone loves the eucalyptus-riddled Coonawarra samples but I fell for this Margaret River sample in class last night. The official WSET 3 analyzation (slightly shortened): Appearance: ruby with slow thick tears Nose: medium plus intensity, black cherry, currants, pyrazines (green pepper), vanilla, cedar, sweet spice. Palate: dry, med + acid, med + tannin, med alcohol, med + intensity, black currants, vanilla, pepper, cloves, cedar, med + finish ...tis VERY good — 8 years ago
