Absolutely delicious distinctive wine brought to me by the efforts of garagiste. Needs plenty of air, and when it get it, it sings. Layers of dark berry fruit, plum, cassis, and cherry. Earthy, and black pepper dominate but allow the fruit to poke through. Clove, bay leaf, dried herbs mingle. The palate is intensified with the same notes.
