Patience has paid off with the 2011 #Gemina. Here I found a rich and soothing bouquet of baked pear, with stone dust minerality, young mango, yellow flowers, and the slightest hint of lime zest. On the palate, I found a zesty display of green apple with a spritz of tangerine, and caking minerality backed by mouthwatering acidity, yet still soft in textures. It finished remarkably fresh with cleansing acidity, a zing of lime citrus, and inner florals. This is a gorgeous example of evolution in bottle. #massican #chardonny — 8 years ago
