This robust CabSav is full of dark fruit flavors, baking spices and dried flowers aromas. On the palate, a pleasure to enjoy a balance of fruit, acidity and wood, flavors of ripe plum, dark currants dark berries and brown spice. This wine finished long with dark fruit and smooth tannins. We enjoyed this wine paired with a top round bison steak, seared on the pan and finished in the oven. Delicious wine and food pairing!
