Even better than the last bottle, though I slouched and drank it with cheese/crackers/fruit and on day two with grilled chicken, bulghur pilaf, stewed yellow squash and tomato/cucumber/feta/parsley salad. Serious, savory, stony, sapid, vibrant, lively and delicious.
