Therefore it’s been made without the addition of sulphur dioxide or any other preservatives. But that’s not all! It’s also made by biodynamic farming practices 🌚 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ At 14% abv, I found it the perfect winter warmer. Yes, I may have sipped this one from the comfort of my bed whilst catching up on some reading. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the glass, it’s a deep, dark garnet red. It’s wonderfully aromatic with voluptuous notes of candied fruits and spice rising up from the glass. In the mouth, it doesn’t disappoint with plentiful juicy plum flavours and a divine long finish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All opinions are based on my own taste buds.
