Soft, not tart, good minerality, essence of honey, peaches and pears. Not much tart citrus. Not as crisp as I expect from Sauvignon Blanc but was very easy drinking and was nice with pre-Mad Max (!!!!) dinner of scallops with @Anthony Pace.
