100% Sangiovese from several estates near the historic town of Montepulciano.
Deep ruby in the glass, this wine spent 18 months in oak and delivers expected Sangiovese flavours of black cherry, earth, leather, tobacco and a little spice. Good complexity and balance with enough tannic structure to last another 5-7 years.
