Very fruity and bright, tastes of honey, peaches, ripe stone fruits. I paired it with a stir fry that was a little sweeter and less spicy than I hoped and I think this wine was a bit too sweet for it. The wine would be lovely with spicy Thai or Indian food, maybe even Mexican. It was good the next day with Gorgonzola. It's interesting.
