Like its big sister Mount Eden, the Domaine shows an alluring mix of sweet and savory characteristics, and shares its silken texture. But where the Mount is black-fruited and voluptuous, the Domaine is red-fruited and tart. Not nearly the length or depth, but a very attractive wine for near- to mid-term enjoyment.
