Incredible vintage for Lachaux. With even more clarity and definition than the ripe 2018 rendition, 2019 Les Proces is gorgeous tonight, explosively aromatic, and showing incredible purity, elegance and finesse. The palate is pure silk, with minerality and verve and serious depth for a village wine. Magical things happening at this Domaine. Bravo Charles Lachaux.
