Clos Cibonne Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes Tibouren Rosé

Medium light salmon pink , just a hint of orange . Quite fresh and fruited on the nose with some peach , herbal hints , rose and touch of raspberry . On the palate quite rounded and rich, some red strawberry , raspberry , peach and a saline note , that helps to balance . Balanced alcohol and creamy mouthfeel . Moderate acidity with good depth, quite good structure and reasonable herbal tinged length . This can probably age a little longer too , from now and over the next 5 years . Also, was probably the best match overall with the seafood based dishes we had .
