Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Medium to deep Ruby with aromas of fruit, spices, leather, and chocolate, rich and robust wine from a hot vintage, aged in oak for 36 months. On the palate flavors of cherry and ripe raspberry with notes of pepper, spice and earthy cacao. Long finish, nice balance with fine tannins ending with earthy spice notes. Nice!

Always fun to support Chef Aaron Brooks with a little Barolo, whenever he “pops up”. Great food from our favorite Aussie.
