Dry, complex mouthfeel that evolved over the course of the meal, hint of cream and butter, paired well with a creamy halibut and mushroom dish.

Tasted this one blind. First thing i wrote in my notes was ”really tasty”. I thought this was a Sancerre with some oak. Really fresh with depth. Not a combination I usually find in a wine like this. Impressive.
