Blew off its initial funk...two hours of air. Skin contact palomino fino from cult champagne producer David Léclapart & Alejandro Muchada. Palate is so creamy & lush, saline, lime, acidic apple varieties, dry honey, tamarind...like a manzanilla from another planet. Like a manzanilla refracted through a champagne lens. Really cool stuff.

Not a week day quaffer. Saline, medicinal, big acid and no fruit. Cloudy and oh so natty. No middle ground here-like it or not so much. Read @Andrew Schirmer review. No number on this one.
