Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage ‘La Chapelle’ 2019: Full-bodied. High tannins. Dry acidity. Blackberry. Black cherry. Plum. Cassis. Leather. Oak. Earth. Long hot finish. For me, this wine was youthful and concentrated; needed significant time to open to reflect a nice structure & balance.
