Have had very few poulsards. Good pairing with a variety of mains (bass, chicken, etc). Quite a lot of strawberry, almost venturing into fruit punch territory but manages to stay on the right side of that. Acid a bit light for my taste. Definitely one that needs a chill.

Good balance fresh fruit and acidity. Paired perfectly with a home made tomato based cassoulet. The acidity of the wine matched well with the acidity from the tomato and let the fresh and cool fruit notes shine.
