Trebbiano, Malvasia, Verdicchio, Grechetto. On lees for more than two weeks. Amber color, pronounced minerality, brine, dried apricot, honey, candied lime, bright tropical fruits, white pepper, earl grey tea, and acacia. Bone dry, med+ acid to balance the phenolic bitterness.
