On the palate however this already shows great concentration & purity, beautifully balancing the honeyed apricot & peach sweetness with lemon & mineral acidity. There’s a touch of summer meadow herbs, too. But the finish is what steals the show - long, mineral, mouthwatering juicy, demanding another sip.
Way too young right now, but went perfectly with an exotic Seychelle style shrimp curry.
