Now this was a Bourgogne that over-performed! Loved the energy here. Aromas of flint, apples, lemons, and some flowers. Intense and focused on the palate, with a surprisingly long finish. Seemed to get weightier and chalkier with air, but alas it was all gone too soon. Really good stuff and one to revisit.

Flint

Needs time.
Improving quick.
Yum

Day 2: nose was still the same, enchanting. In the mouth, it lost its tension and structure and felt a bit flat.

Light yellow. Just a baby. But it carries the crisp citrus nose and palate with the mineral character that is so typical and so delicious for a Montrachet
