Going through a Rhône/Cornas phase at the moment and really loving it! This was our valentines wine but its perhaps not the most romantic wine ❤️ 😂. Opened very fruit forward and was instantly enjoyable. Over time developed a more umami/meat note which paired well with our steak. This has great potential but already lots to enjoy!
