Palate has warmed sweet green apple, lime peel, lime slice, crisp salinity, steely notes with medium level acidity. A short but fun finish, a solid wine for enjoyment; Purity of the appellation.
I am in agreement with some professional critics, the vintage of this Village wine appears a little softer than other years. This will be an earlier drinker, but would be rewarded with a brief hold of 1-2 years, 2022-23. ~$20

Excellent! Very refined and subtle Sauvignon Blanc. Clear-yellow color. Green apple, tropical and grassy, but not as pronounced as one from New Zealand.

Light straw color & light bouquet. A light bodied wine with hints of green apple, pear and grapefruit too. Smoother after 15 mins of air- a bit acidic with a citrus finish. Pretty good for a Sauvignon Blanc. This week’s wine for the Infatuation’s How to Drink Wine Zoom class.
