45+ minute decant was perfect. Lovely purple-red color. Nose was bright with more candy elements than fruit. Wine had medium plus depth and medium plus sweetness. Paired very well with pork loin with truffle mustard and brussel sprouts. Medium finish. Great recommendation by a local shop!
