Beaujolais Gamay

Lovely. blackberry, black currant, potting soil. Not a bubblegum type at all. balanced, even.

Light and fruity with notes of cherry, raspberry, and candy. However, had a pleasant dry finish. Mild tannin, very little acidity

Mid tannins, strawberry

Was afraid it might be too young to hold up to my ribeye...lots of red fruit and nice tannins...it delivered!
