Light golden yellow. On the nose this immediately pushes out an array of toastiness, red berries and minerality. On palate it's rich, borad and expressive yet manages to keep it light on it's feet. Fabulous Champagne with plenty of life ahead. Had this as starter for our Christmas dinner. 50% PN, 50% Chardonnay, 4g dosage, discorged in January 2018
