Lovely. Started out with a very pronounced vegetable and herbal know which faded as it got a chance to breathe. It’s why I recommend you drink it from open to finish to see how the bottle changes over time. Very delicate Rose and floral flavors with just the right amount of fruit that presents itself definitively but doesn’t overwhelm the palette. Balanced definitely with some acid so it doesn’t become flabby. It very well structured and well produced wine, I plan to drink it again.
