Outstanding & one of my favs at the 14 Barolo tasting & lunch. No Francia made in 14 all went in the Monfortino. This has happened only 3 times in 02, 13 & 14 vintages.

Fresh, almost honeycomb, a core strength, a purity, sense of the earth, black and red cherries, so expressive. Really beautiful.
