Green apple, grapefruit pith without the bitterness, white cranberry, like that slightly phenolic berry skin but not aggresive, incorporated nicely. Spritzy (slightly gaseous), and hella delicious. Ages super well, although I don’t remember the older vintage I’ve had. Young it is very delicious.
