Wow, what a bouquet, showing crushed cherry and strawberry mixed with wild herbs, yellow florals and crushed stone. It continued to open more and more over time. On the palate I found youthfully lean textures with tart black cherry, bitter herbs, zesty acidity and savory mineral tones. The finish was long hinting at bitter herbs and tart cherries.
