This may be perfect. Only reason its not a 10 is its a tad young but wow. Was skeptical of what Latour would do to this great site but they may have made it better. Napa fruit but with French restraint and complexity. Incredible.

Poor it in you’re glass and put it away for 30 minutes or so. Then let the full spectrum of flavours overwhelm you.
