Goyo Garcia Viadero
Cobero Palomino
Definitely more a thinking wine than a drinking wine. Hard to understand and appreciate but very well made and interesting. Has all the hallmarks of a natural wine. Funky and volatile on the nose, bone dry on the palate (I wouldn’t be surprised if there was no residual sugar). In the 90 minutes or so that I’ve had this open it’s morphed several times. Alive. Not something I’d drink every day, but I’m glad I had. Well done.
