Ramey Wine Cellars
Platt Vineyard Chardonnay
Sonoma Coast, Sonoma County, California, USA
Pop and pour for a raw fish crudo Friday night!
A breathtaking pale straw color for this cool temp Sonoma coast wine. On the nose: Subdued notes of pear, bale of hay, lemon, and honey. Taste: A creamy rich mouthfeel with pear, pineapple, lemon/lime, and minerals on this medium body and medium plus acidity wine.

Though 2014 it is just at the beginning of the beat drinking window for Ramey single vineyards. Still a bit of spritz in the front but great fruits in the middle and back. This will get better for a couple years.
