Very strong scents of green olive and embers leap from the glass. Cured meats , green olives and pepper battle in my mouth for supremacy. A wonderful structure will allow this wine to flourish and gain in complexity.

Feb 8th, 2018For me this wine is similar to the legend of Bigfoot. Have heard about it for years but never saw a bottle let alone taste one. Whoa is the only thing that comes out of your mouth when you swirl and sniff. The olives are there but it is the combination of spice , pork sausage and pure earth that get you high. In the mouth Syrah like I have never had before. The essence of Syrah but with a weightlessness that is not common to the grape. I would love to know what age will do to this
