Wow don’t think I’ve had this producer before - nice hazelnut lemon drop spice and minerality slight butterscotch nice acidity and medium bodied 2014 vintage - for me this wine speaks of where it’s from

Celebrating 5 years with my bride at our usual joint, Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach.

Lovely Meursault paired with both snapper and jumbo lump crab meat (shown in photo) as well as fire encrusted jalapeño blue fin tuna that was tagged/killed less than 24 hours prior to being served to us. This selection was nice and rich with a depth that blossomed as time passed.
