Cherry moss, ripe red and black fruit. Some spice. Simple and straight up.

Exceeded my low expectations! What this wine lacks in complexity, it makes up for in value. Dried cherry, cranberry sauce and a bit of earthy mushroom. Texturally pleasing with nice acidity. Paired well with a petite filet mignon. @17.00 bucks a bottle, I owe it to myself to highlight the positive aspects of this wine. I'm glad there's a place in the market for a simple, but well made, inexpensive Burgundy!

Entry level Bourgogne for a fair price. Enjoyable but rather fruity and simple.
