2018 Vintage. 15..7% Alcohol. Wonderful Paso Syrah that is massive fruit, plush mouthfeel, great nose of iodine and violets, deep dark glass staining color and long finish. True to the style of prior vintages. Loved it! I thought I pulled a 2015, but in the light of the next day realized it was an ‘18.

Nice Syrah, lots of depth and character, front and middle are lovely, back end resolution nice but not perfect balance for me. I don't know that a 100% syrah can ever resolve in perfect balance for me. That said, it is better than good. Hefty, dark ruby, swagger. Watch out.. she bang: 15.7%. Big enough that it doesn't taste hot though
