Dec 9th, 2022Such a great wine. Beautiful and structured. Takes a long time to open up - 5 hours before it expressed fruit openly. Speaks to a great future. When it did whoa. It felt like every sip was a new element. Spices, red fruit, blue fruit, floral, chocolate, and really well integrated tannin. @Ron R i can’t wait to share this with you.
