Describing the flavors of this wine almost does it a disservice. We could talk about the candied pineapple, the hazelnuts and cream, the saline finish that leaves you wanting more… but really the magic of this wine isn’t what it makes you feel above the neck. One could theoretically spend several minutes with each sip thinking of each new experience that each second brings you but you’re far more likely to swallow and move onto the next sip because this is definitely what hedonism tastes like.
