Light oak in the nose. Fresh and clean lemon, grapefruit, oak and minerals on the palate. The acid finishes a little too soon, but otherwise this is a fine example of a light Chablis.

2015. Prefer this over the 2014 bottling. Pure Chablis essence. Lacking classic acidity to be sure, but only takes away from length. The core is sound.
