Granny Smith apples, lemon curd, quince, hazelnut syrup, honeysuckle, chamomile, gardenias, pecans. Soft rounded acidity, silky-oily texture, medium bodied, long nutty-honeyed-slightly floral finish. Highly aromatic, like a manzanilla sherry. Natural, organic and approaching biodynamic certification. Aged sous voile for 2 years. Classic Jura Chardonnay
