Awesome nebbiolo! Cherry,strawberry, red vines, leather, and new tennis ball! Floral yet tannic, definitely decant!

Mar 29th, 2017Solid Ghemme Riserva. Hasn't lost too much color, so still violet / red with some translucence, but not quite yet that brick red. Lithe: big on nose and palate with cherry, tar and some leather, but not on mouth feel. Great with meats, meat-based pasta.
