On 2/9/18 at J.C. Holdway for Valentine’s Day, sitting next To said Etazadi enjoying a date. This cloudy mysterious red does not disappoint. Slightly dry, fruity and balanced well.

Served at cellar temp. Fresh/bright red fruit, orange peoke tea in a cigar box and a light touch of barnyard on the nose. Cranberry, mulling spices with great depth on the palate. End with a nice long finish that is has high acid notes balanced with structured tannins. I really like this wine with a simple meal.

I've been digging the natural wines recently. This one: tart, muscatel grape seeds and skins. It pretends like it's going to finish dry, then boomerangs you with gentle fruit.
