Very interested in this producer. Was able to get two bottles of this so opened one sooner than I expected. A powerfully structured Burgundy on day one but very attractive and appealing. Day 2 had a more approachable structure, more sour cherry, brighter, beautifully textured. Day 3 is revealing an earthy depth. Excited for its future!
