Incredible. Fresh, wished I could have it 10 years from now, but was happy to have it now. Unlike most Sav Blanc from Sancerre I've had with its prominent umami profile. Piercing acidity of almost ripe apricot, plums and crisp apple, followed by umami and a long white truffle creaminess. Highly recommended, I hope to drink this several more times in years to come.

Cotat.....Winemaker Hero! Benchmark Sancerre. Drink them young or old (25 years no problem) and Njoy......
2015 is Epic! Buy every bottle you can find end be a proud owner. This quality at this price.....😂👍🏻🍾
