Empreinte Brut 1er Cru Champagne Blend

Seriously lush aromatics. Powerful fruit which cascades across the palate- doesn't taste like, but drinks like young Riesling. Fruitiness out in front balanced by the acid & mineral core. Fantastic stuff. Disgorged 2014. All 2008 vintage.

Disgorged 2015 a briny note and delicate and refreshing

Solid but big and sweet.

2008 vintage disgorged 2015. Quite rich and yeasty. Mouth filling with medium soft bubbles. Excellent acid. Finish has a definite umami quality. Delicious - especially with pizza!

Really excellent champagne. A nice mix between rich and a lot of fruit (but not too creamy) with the right amount of acidity to balance it out but not be sharp.

Young, some red fruits coming through, strawberries? Pleasant; should improve over next few years.
